Cheating
Cheating on an examination would include (but is not (limited to) the following actions:
An exam supervisor who witnesses cheating during an exam will immediately collect all exam material from the student(s) involved. The student(s) is then expelled from the exam room. The supervisor submits a report outlining the reasons for the expulsion to administration.
Once cheating is confirmed, the student is given a fail (EC) verdict for that module/competency.
Administration may then 1) prohibit the student from doing a retake and require him or her to redo the module/competency or 2) expel the student from the Centre.
- Deliberate use of any unauthorized materials
- Deliberately assisting or accepting help from another candidate
- Use of sources of information other than those permitted

Reread of Exam Results
A student has the right to request a review of the marking of an examination. The request must be made in writing to the centre administration within 30 days of the communication of the result to the student. The centre administration will appoint a qualified person who did not participate in determining the first result to review the marking of the examination.
Retake of an Exam
Candidates who fail an examination may be authorized for a rewrite examination. However, a student who wishes to exercise this right must follow the necessary recuperation before being permitted to retake the examination. The student will sit and take a new version of the examination. The full credits associated with a given course are granted whenever the mark earned is the same as or above the passing mark. If after having rewritten the examination for a course the student has not obtained a passing mark, he will have to register for the module/competency and repeat it in its entirety.
A student who has failed initial examinations in three (3) different modules/competencies in the same program and/or 20% of the module hours will meet with the centre's administration and academic counsellor and may be removed from the program. Exams are written at the end of each module/competency of the program. The result will be either "succes" (pass) or "echec."
